Lean Green to Black Belt training

This 3-day upgrade is intended for those who have already followed a Lean Green Belt training and want to further deepen and broaden their knowledge to Lean Black Belt level.

Managers and project managers who want to implement ‘Lean’ in their organization or have already started with it, and have already followed the Lean Green Belt training. Have you followed a Lean Green Belt training elsewhere? Please contact us.

Objective

In this training, you will learn how to convert an improvement strategy into a concrete plan of action. Where does the organization stand now, where does the organization go and what needs to be done to achieve the objectives. Selecting the right projects and improvement instruments are an important part of it. In addition composing a thorough action plan, we will discuss how you can involve employees in the continuous improvement process and how you deal with resistance to change.

Study load

You get the most benefit from a Lean Black Belt training if you study the subject matter after each block and go through the next training block. Our rule of thumb is 8 hours of teaching is 8 hours of preparation and study. The study load is therefore approximately 48 hours.
